Inspired by the love for team spirit and never settling for just good, I have adopted a see-and-do attitude as timely, and quality delivery on projects is what I strive towards. Adequately analyzing the vision behind every project has helped me choose the appropriate motivation for my team comprised of developers, marketers and visual creators.
Bearing in mind that celebrating little successes and recognizing and appreciating team success keeps my team hyped and ready to deliver, that’s the strategy I use in ensuring I provide end-to-end project management.
This begins with creating a comprehensive list of project scope requirements and preparing the budget. Furthermore, I develop a detailed project plan and monitor the project’s progress. Collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects is of great importance so that I can deliver on projects promptly, ensuring our quality standards are met.
Data analytics in this modern age has proven effective in all project coordination. I engage my team to develop support documents that include risk logs and requirement specifications. I monitor and report based on Google Analytics metrics, communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
It is important to highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues from which we could seek growth opportunities and improvement and suggest new projects.
To conclude, my job is to develop team schedules and assist in successfully onboarding and training team members. Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow. Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued. I am a project lead who monitors, supervises, implements and leads a group to achieve goals that contribute to the organisation’s growth.
